About Us

We are a family own business that migrated to America in the early 90s.  We come from a humble family whose parents were farmers and fishermen. This business started in Mexico before migrating to the States- and continues to do it in the States to support the family of young kids. We walked selling on the streets.  We decided to keep a very authentic flavor, 100% corn no conservatives, and with delicious homemade salsas.

We wanted to bring the flavor to our community and to your families expanding our delicacy in our own kitchen and food trailer.  We will be happy to see you come to try our delicacy tamales.
